We want you to love your FREIDA ROTHMAN jewelry; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items within 30 days of purchase. All original packaging and tags must be intact to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email.

  Package Your Jewelry

  Securely place your items in the original gift box and shipping carton, ensuring the return form is included inside the package.

  Drop Off & Track

  Deliver your package to any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
